I'd heard the song before, and noted the amazing lyrical snippet above. But Janet Jackson! Space rocks! Planets! Shiny spider-spacewalk-dancers! Dancing on planets! Also, supertight group dance sequence. Only thing missing: some lasers in space.
Hot.

I find her hair really distracting. How is she singing with it in her mouth? Do they not have hair ties in the future? Also, why are they dancing in front of that famous image of milk?
Oh Lila. In the future you will have a me-surrogate to straddle you and hold your hair back, always. Also the milk thing reminded me of a science experiment we did in sixth grade: we made borax. Apparently they use this stuff in cereal photoshoots...you know how the pic on the box looks like your oaty-Os /just/ splashed into that bowl of milk? It's actually been suspended in a molded bit of sodium borate. Yumm. Janet is clearly dancing on a stage of borax.
